Being the Head of Quality of Service Unit is hard. It's a lot of work. But look on the bright side: Ideas and opportunities don’t just materialize out of thin air. The only way I know to get started is by learning new people and getting them to work. In my experience, that’s where the ideas, opportunities, partners, and finances always seem to come from. Sure, it also takes an enormous amount of hard work, but that just comes with love to what I do.

Every person is search for something specific in their job. May it be fame and acknowledgment, flexible schedule to spend more time with their family or, simply, higher salary. For me, it is opportunities for self-development and growth, friendly team and work environment, possibility to implement my own ideas, stable income and a product/service that I can get behind. I was looking for a job with a flexible schedule and an English-speaking environment. I’ve been working here for 2.5 years in the amazing team of young people who can easily solve even the most complicated cases; who can laugh with you and be your best back up. It’s not the ideal place but there are many opportunities in various areas including customer service, sales, recruitment, quality control, marketing, etc., and you can always improve your English skills, as well as time-management and multitasking.
