Customer Care Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic team members, who will provide superior assistance via phone, e-mail and chat, process orders and applications, and deal with potential customers

Fluent English (B2 is a minimum)
Business communication skills
Strong desire to work and constantly develop
your skills and knowledge
Ability to learn fast
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Being a team player
Experience in customer support and
communication with native speakers will be a plus

Main Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers, colleagues and partners at all times
Communicating with customers and partners by calls, chats, emails and messages
Providing partners with assistance related to orders
Promptly process orders, applications and resolve client’s requests
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
No cold calling
